Dr. Randy Middleton
Gary Randall Middleton, II, DDS, who goes by Dr. Randy, leads the EndoConnect team that provides endodontic care (root canal treatment) for our patients in-office. Instead of referring patients to an outside practice, this partnership allows Marvel Dental patients to stay within the same familiar office while getting dedicated specialty treatment. His philosophy of care is centered on giving each patient undivided attention, building trust, and making them as comfortable as possible.

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Randy is a Dallas native who became fascinated by endodontics after observing the precision and attention required for it.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
After earning his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (graduating magna cum laude), Dr. Randy completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He then did his Advanced Specialty Education in Endodontics with the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Committed to ongoing professional education, Dr. Randy is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and regularly attends conferences and advanced training programs to stay current in the field.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Randy and his wife live in Plano with their two sons. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys golf and traveling.
